At Sevench®, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 60 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;
  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories;
  • Show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse;
  • Be returned in the original packaging received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or marked as promotional products;
  • Free gifts included with an order;
  • Gift cards or digital products.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable;
  • Orders that qualified for free shipping promotions may be subject to a handling or restocking deduction where permitted by law.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@sevench.com. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is the result of our error, including receiving an incorrect or defective product.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as Sevench® cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking information.

If the return is caused by our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
