How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 5-15 business days
- Europe: 5-15 business days
- United States: 5-15 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-15 business days
- Canada: 7-18 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. All applicable taxes, duties, and import charges are included in your order whenever applicable. No additional charges should be required upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at contact@sevench.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the shipping address.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
How do I start a return?
Simply email contact@sevench.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All eligible Sevench watches are covered by a limited warranty of up to two (2) years against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects that affect the functionality of the product under normal use.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or cosmetic damage
- Accidental damage
- Water damage beyond the watch's rated water resistance
- Improper use or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft
Are your watches water resistant?
Water resistance varies by model. Please refer to the product page specifications for detailed information regarding the water-resistance rating of your watch.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and eligibility. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

Sevench does not store complete credit card information on its servers.
