Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with all original tags, accessories, manuals, protective materials, and in its original packaging.

You must also provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including where and how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, you may still be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@sevench.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Undelivered Packages

If the shipping carrier cannot confirm that your package was delivered, please contact us at contact@sevench.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help provide an appropriate resolution.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or the local carrier.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Sevench is not responsible for theft, loss, or delivery issues occurring after confirmed delivery.

However, please contact us at contact@sevench.com and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Sevench is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@sevench.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@sevench.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit once the returned item is received and inspected.

Sale Items and Promotional Orders

Items purchased during special sales, promotional campaigns, limited-time offers, or with exclusive discounts may be subject to the same 30-day return window unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds for promotional orders, including bundle offers, “Buy One, Get One” offers, or similar promotions, may be calculated proportionally based on the total amount paid and the number of items included in the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition
  • Items without original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, or protective materials
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale, if clearly stated at the time of purchase

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds will cover the amount paid for the returned item, excluding any non-refundable fees or return shipping costs, where applicable.

If a returned item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.
